Tasting Notes
Opaque ruby color. It presents a complex bouquet of black fruits, soy sauce and candied violets, along with a soft touch of minerals. It gains weight with the air, but the spicy character that remains until the end remains agile. Very attractive to drink now, but it also builds with age.
