Elaboration

The harvest of the Verdejo variety was early, starting in the last week of August. Using draining method, the flower must is obtained with which the fermentation will take place during alcoholization at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18º C to 14 or 16 days, obtaining a very aromatic white wine, with a bright and beautiful greenish color.

Tasting Notes

Made exclusively with Verdejo grapes, it is characterized by it ́s very bright straw-yellow greenish color. On the nose, it ́s fruity aromas of apple and fannel predominate with a citrus touch and freshness. It has a very nice mid-palate and the harmony between balanced acidity, fuit and volume stands out. It is persistent, with fresh fruit hints and a long and pleasant finish. Ideal for pairing with paellas, blue fish and seafood.

Elaboration

The grape tempranillo harvest is done in the 15 first days of September and in the first week of October, when the grape has reached a good point of phenolic ripening.
The alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel deposits in a controlated temperature between 24°- 26º C, with automatic pump-over control for the extraction of aromatic and color compounds.

Tasting Notes

Vivid and bright purplish red with purple iridescence that denotes its youth. With good aromatic potential, rich in nuances of forest fruits such as blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, intense and outstanding. In the mouth, it is concentrated with a good fruit load and structured. It has a lot of volume, flooding the whole mouth and the final sensation is very pleasant. It is a round and tasty wine, with a good balance between alcoholic strength, acidity and structure. Long, and very persistent, reminiscent of candied black fruits.

Tasting Notes

Cherry red with a good robe, with ruby ​​rims. In the mouth it is tasty, with soft and ripe tannins, which gives it a very pleasant sensation of volume. Flavors of black fruit in jam and marmalade stand out, with toasted notes of coffee cream and cocoa. Jam of red and black fruits (blackberry, strawberry, raspberry), very well integrated with balsamic notes, vanilla, creams and roasted notes provided by the wood.

Ruby red in color with a good robe, with tile rims. Balsamic aromas of good intensity, highlighting notes of vanilla, chocolate, leather and soft toasted well integrated with ripe fruit and a mineral background. On the palate with a persistent attack, good structure and noble tannins. Silky, with flavors that have matured over time and give it elegance. The final sensation is long and pleasant, with notes of ripe tannins and mineral aromas.
